Workshop

By popular request the sample cards and atc's from the workshop yesterday. It was about basic techniques and we did masking and sponging. The participants really liked it, made beautiful cards and it was a great afternoon ! Some of them asked if I would place the examples online. So here they are !

Here's a group of cards I made some time ago, but never got round to blogging, so I thought now was a good a time as ever.

All four cards are made by using a single sheet of rub ons and one of the free pre printed papers from a Take Ten magazine.



The stamp is inked in two colours to create a softer impression and is from the Art Journey plate Sweet Dreams

You're not old

You're not old, you've just been young for a very long time. Great saying! Used this on a card for my friend Hillie's birthday. The grasstamp is one of the new Hero Arts stamps and I love using it.
The tiny butterflies are from a sheet of clearstamps from Basic Grey. They have not been selling well and I really don't understand why, they are such lovely stamps. Will try to stamp some more with these stamps sto show you. Oeps!!, promises, promises.
The touches of colour are painted with the precious metal paint from Viva. Haven't put that on the site yet.

Molto Bello Borders

Last night I made this card, I used my beautiful new big ,Borders'-stamp (Stampers Anonymous). The other stamps I used are: 7 Gypsies clear stamps ,Venice' (lantern and text), Inkadinkado (small flowers at the edges)

I finally finished the Art Journey Design-Team blog. Here's a card I made for a personal swap with Willy. The theme of our swap is Colors of Emotion. Sija
