Promptkaartjes, promptcards

Momenteel ben ik een beetje verslaafd aan het werken met 10 promptkaartjes. Voor wie nog niet weet wat dat zijn: je maakt een heel aantal kaartjes (het maakt niet uit hoe ze er uit zien, ik heb oude ATC kaartjes een ander gebruikt indexkaartjes) met daarop allemaal opdrachten.
Als je ze wilt gaan gebruiken kies je willekeurig 10 kaartjes uit je stapel (ik heb er ongeveer 140), zonder de opdrachten te zien, dus die staan achterop.
Je legt ze op de kop voor je neer en pakt nummer 1, leest de opdracht en voert die uit, dus zonder te weten wat de volgende opdracht is.
Ben je klaar met opdracht 1, lees je opdracht 2 enz. totdat je alle 10 opdrachten hebt uitgevoerd. Daarna maak je de pagina af met wat finishing touches.

Dit is zo leuk om te doen, vooral samen met je vriendinnen. Werk allemaal dezelfde opdrachten uit en vergelijk dan je pagina's, je zult versteld staan.

Front of my cards, my girlfriends and I numbered them so even if we are not together we can tell each other which numbers to draw and then we can work on the same prompts together comparing results later.

Back of my cards, no they are not very neat or tidy, I really don't mind or care and use them a lot.

At the moment I am hooked on working with 10 prompt cards. For those who don't know what prompt cards are I will explain.
You make a pile of little cards (it doesn't matter what you use, I used old ATC cards, other people use index cards etc etc. ) and all kind of tasks ( for instance: use your fingers to apply acrylic paint; use a template; spray ink; use red and purple, ect. ect.)
When you are ready to use the cards you draw randomly 10 cards out of your pile without looking at the back.
You pick up the first card, read the back and start with the first prompt without knowing what will be the next. If you are ready, you read number 2 and so on till your finished and then you can finish the page with some finishing touches. 
This is so much fun especially when you are with your stamping buddies, just all do the same prompts and compare the results, you will be amazed.

1. Gebruik restpapier (briefkaarten in de achtergrond is behang) use rest paper
2. Beeld het huidig seizoen uit in je werk (Bladeren met een template),
     show this season in your work
3. Stempel met een dop ( rondjes bij de stelen) stamp with a lid
4. gebruik paars en rood ( ziet er echt in, in de bladeren met neo-colors)
    use purple and red
5. maak een cirkel midden in je pagina, zit heel licht met potlood)
    make a circle in the middle of your page
6. gebruik turquoise, use turqoise
7. doodle met een zwarte marker (in de bladeren, lijntjes),
    doodle with a black maker
8. Gebruik een Art Journey stempel (Owls Big 3) use and Art Journey stamp
9. Gebruik een aquarel product (neo color II) use an watercolor product.
10. gebruik 3 x dezelfde stempel (bubbeltjes van de Art Journey sheet Pages),           use one stamp 3 times

Ik hoop dat ik je geïnspireerd heb om ook zoiets te gaan doen, is echt heel fijn als je geen idee hebt wat met je blanke pagina te doen. Of misschien inspireert mijn pagina je om mee te doen met de Challenge van deze maand met als thema: Natuur.

Nieuwe Art Journey stempels/ New Art Journey stamps!

Omdat we veel verzoeken kregen om onze prachtige uilen van de Art Journey sheet Owls ook in het groot uit te brengen en ons dit zelf ook een goed idee leek hebben we dat maar gedaan!!! Drie schitterende uilen die als losse stempels te koop zijn, en ze zijn aanmerkelijk groter dan de kleintjes die samen op de sheets owls staan. Dus ook heel leuk in combinatie te gebruiken.

Because we got a lot of requests to make the beautiful owls in a bigger size: here they are!!! The three beautiful owls of our popular owls sheet, now in a larger size and as single stamps. They are quiet a lot bigger than the ones on the original sheet, so great to combine together.

Big Owl 1: 5.2 x 10.5 cm 

Big Owl 2: 2 Stamps: the owl with a size 6.5 x 10 cm, and the saying "wisdom comes with age"with a size 2 x 3.5 cm. 
This owl is also a reversed image of the small one.

Uil 1 in het klein heeft een afmeting van 3.3 x 7,0 Grote Uil 1 meet 5.2 x 10.5 cm
Uil 2 in het klein heeft een afmeting van 4.5 x 6.0 Grote Uil 2 meet 5.6 x 10,0 cm
Uil 3 in het klein heeft een afmeting van 3.0 x 9.5 Grote Uil 3 meet 4.0 x 13.3 cm.
