Dat het ook mogelijk is om met beperkte middelen een kaart te maken, laat ik je hier zien. Ik heb slechts één stempelset gebruikt en e kleuren blauw en wit.
I wanted to show you that it is possible to make a card with limited means. I used only one stamp set and only the colours blue and white.
Stap-voor stap / Step by step
Wat heb je nodig:
A5 stempelpapier (21 x 14,9 cm)
Art Journey set Chess
TCW stencil Mini Cubist
Stazon Midnight Blue
Distress Inkt Salty Ocean
Masking papier.
What you need:
A5 size stamping papier (21 x 14,9 cm)
Art Journey stamp set Chess
TWC stencil Mini Cubist
Stazon Midnight Blue
Distress Inkt Salty Ocean
Masking paper
Neem A5 stempelpapier en snijd deze in 3 stukken van elk 7 cm breed.
Snijd van één stuk links en boven 6 mm af, en van één ander stuk links en boven 3 mm af. (zie onder)
Take the piece of A5 stamping paper and cut into 3 pieces of 7 cm wide.
From one piece cut off 6 mm from the left and the top, from one other piece cut off 3mm from the left and the top. (see above)
Neem het kleinste stuk en stempel daar, met Stazon Midnight Blue, de dame en de krullen op. Stempel de eerste krul in de hoek, daarna delen van de krul langs de bovenkant en de zijkant.
Take your smallest piece and stamp the girl and the swirls with Stazon Midnight Blue as shown. When stamping the swirls, start with the one in the corner. After that stamp parts on the side and the top.
Stempel de dame ook op masking papier en knip het uit. De poten heb ik niet uitgeknipt. Plak dit masker precies op de dame en stempel dan de cijfers met Stazon Midnight blue.
Stamp the girl on masking paper and cut out. I didn't bother to cut the legs of the chair. Stamp the numbers on top as shown with Stazon Midnight blue.
Leg je stencil op de tag (laat het masker op de dame liggen) en met een stampende beweging breng je dan Distress inkt Salty Ocean aan: links boven en onder, en rechts in het midden. Doe dit zachtjes voor een poederig effect.
Put your stencil on the tag (leave the mask of the girl in place) and with a pouncing motion, add Distress ink Salty Ocean: at the top and bottom on the left hand side, in de middle on the right hand side. Start softly for a powdery effect.
Neem de stencil weg, maar laat de masker liggen. Stempel nu herhaaldelijk de cirkels aan de rechterkant van de tag met Salty Ocean. Draai de stempel bij een nieuwe afdruk, om een patroon te voorkomen. Denk eraan om bij elke afdruk opnieuw te inkten. Stempel daarna met Stazon tweemaal het woord Play. Beinkt de randen voorzichtig met je Stazon inktpad.
Remove the stencil but leave the mask. Now stamp the circles repeatedly on the right hand side of the tag. Rotate the stamp to avoid a repeat pattern. Remember to re-ink with every stamp. Stamp the word Play twice with Stazon. Carefully ink the edges with your Stazon ink pad.
Neem de een na grootste tag en spons de randen met Salty Ocean.
Take the second largest tag and sponge the edges with Salty Ocean.
Plak de drie tags op elkaar en bewerk de buitenste rand nog even met Stazon. Klaar!
Glue the three tags on top of each other and ink the edges with Stazon. Finished!
