When words escape...

 I used 3 mini stamps from Art Journey and 4 Distress inks to stamp the border.

Voor de achtergrond van dit 'éénlaagskaartje' eerst gesso gesmeerd en daar verschillende kleuren acrylverf over aangebracht.

For this 'one layer card' I started with applying gesso to the background. Added layers of acrylic paint after drying.

Op de verf gestempeld en motieven aangebracht met een sjabloon en witte verf.

Did some random stamping and added a pattern with white paint and a template.

Sneakpeek New Art Journey Stamps

Over een paar weken, op de ARTSpecially Event op 5 en 6 april, komen we met een heel aantal nieuwe Art Journey stempels uit. Meer dan jullie van ons gewend zijn, we pakken nu flink uit. Ik moet zeggen dat ik er zelf heel blij mee ben en ik hoop natuurlijk dat jullie dezelfde mening zijn toegedaan. Hieronder zie je een sneakpeek van de stempels die uitkomen in april. In mei komen we op de Art Journey dagen met nog meer nieuwe stempels, het kan niet op!
In a few weeks, during the ARTSpecially Event on the 5th and 6th of Aprl, we will launch a lot of new Art Journey stamps. I must say that I am very happy with the new Design's and ofcourse I hope you are too. Below you can see a sneakpeek of the stamps released in April. In May, at the Art Journey customer day's we will release a few more.

Ik krijg nooit genoeg van dit heerlijke kereltje van de plate Baby !
Dit keer combineerde ik hem met een template, kleurde hem in met Adirondack- en Distress inkten en water en gaf hem een grote roos in z'n handjes !

This time I combined it with a template, coloured him by using Adirondack and Distress inks and water and gave him a big rose in his hands ! ,Veel liefs' means ,Lots of love'!

Picture Wheel & Mini Stamps

Een kaartje gemaakt met de Sizzix Picture Wheel stans en de mini stempeltjes van Art Journey.  Die ministempels zijn voorlopig alleen in de winkel en op beurzen te koop.
Na het stansen werd de cirkel gesponst met Distress Inkt #Frayed Burlap en bestempeld met Archival Inkt #Coffee.  De insecten werden gestempeld met Archival inkt #Jet Black en ingekleurd met potloden.  De randen van de vierkantjes werden met Distress Inkt #Broken China gesponst.
On this card I used the Sizzix Picture Wheel with mini stamps from Art Journey.
I inked the diecut with Distress Ink #Frayed Burlap and stamped with Archival Ink #Coffee.
The insects are stamped with Archival Ink #Jet Black and colored with pencils.  I inked the edges of the little squares with Distress Ink #Broken China.

From a different point of view: 1 stempel, 6 verschillende kaarten/ one stamp, 6 different cards

We proberen als leden van het Art Journey Team die in Sleen en omgeving wonen af en toe bij elkaar te zitten om gezellig te stempelen en tegelijkertijd een werkbespreking te houden als dat nodig is.

Een paar weken geleden gaven we elkaar de opdracht op met 1 stempelset te werken nl de set Aunts en wel alleen de dame links en de andere kleine stempels. Ook de kleuren waren vastgesteld door het papiergebruik van Graphic 45.

As members of the Art Journey Team that live in the neighbourhood of Sleen (that's where are shop is located) we try to get to gether to chat, to stamp ect. A few weeks ago we had the challenge to only use the stampset Aunts and only use the lady with the clock and other small stamps. Also the colorsceme was set by the use of the scrapbookpaper of Graphic 45
