reminder Challenge augustus "Zon/Sun"

Deze maand is het thema van de challenge Zon. Ik wilde graag een idee uitwerken dat ik al een tijd in mijn hoofd heb. Een kleine 10x10 canvas. Ik maak vooral gebruik van de Baroque Swirl stempel. De achtergrond lijkt zelfs wel een beetje op de textuur van de zon...tenminste zo stel ik het me voor.

This months theme is SUN.  I wanted to do this project that was floating around in my brain for a while now. A little 10x10cm canvas. I use mostly the Baroque Swirl stamp. I think the background looks like the surface of the sun, well it think that's how it looks like.

Dance

Ik heb een kaart gemaakt met dylusions. Ik heb twee kleuren gebruikt. Toen heb ik allemaal  achtergrondstempels geplaatst. Ik heb de dame eerst een keer gestempeld op de kaart . Daarna heb ik haar nog een keer op een andere kaart gestempeld. Ik heb haar jurk uitgeknipt en geverfd met oranje acrylverf en toen weer opgeplakt. Ik heb het woord "Dance" uitgeknipt en opgeplakt.

I made a card with two colours dylusions. I placed several background stamps. I stamped the lady on the card and again on another card. I cut her dress and painted with orange acrylpaint. At last i cut the word dance and placed it on the card.

Geïnspireerd door Renje Heidstra Tagalong Tuesday ben ik ook aan de slag gegaan om een label te maken. Ik heb lekker geknoeid met gesso  en distressinkt.

Ik heb een masker op het label gelegd, en toen voorzichtig met gesso er overheen gepoetst. Dit goed laten drogen. Daarna heb  ik  twee kleuren distressinkt gewerkt. Ik heb nog een restje papier gepakt en gescheurd dat heb ik ook met blauwe inkt bewerkt en opgeplakt .

Toen heb ik het meisje uitgeknipt en met blauwe acrylverf geverfd,de vogel op haar hoofd  heb ik ook uitgeknipt. De rest van de vogels heb ik direct op de tag  gestempeld.  

Ik heb de volgende stempels gebruikt:

Inspired by Renje Heidstra's Tagalong Tuesday. I also made tag with gesso and distressinkt. This my result.

I put a mask on the tag  and carefully put on the gesso. Let it dry. I worked with two colours of  the distress ink. I had a leftover paper and I worked  it also with blue distress ink.

I cut the girl and the bird on her head. I painted the girl with blue acrylpaint. The other birds I stamped directly on the tag.

                  Kaartje gemaakt met Bister op Cromolux  papier. Heb de sheet Grunge gebruikt.

Gestempeld met de kleuren Stazon Teal Blue en Ganache.

Bister Canvas

Een leuk canvasje van 10x10 cm. Je ziet dat bister eigenlijk overal op gebruikt kan worden, ik zou zeggen ga maar gewoon lekker experimenteren .

A nice little canvas 10x10 cm. You can see that Bister powder can be used on almost anything, just experiment with it.

Challenge # 48: Zon/Sun

Het is alweer augustus en tijd voor de 48ste Art Journey Challenge. Allereerst natuurlijk nogmaals dank aan iedereen die aan de vorige challenge heeft meegedaan! Deze maand mag ik, Liesbeth, weer een thema kiezen en dat is geworden: Zon/Sun.
